What is self awareness :
It is knowing our own ability to perceive and understand the things that makes us who were are.
Examples of who we are :
1. our personality
2. actions
3. what we value in life
4.what we believe in
5. our emotions
6. our thoughts
What are the 4 dimentions of self awareness:
1. What others say or think about us.
2. the thoughts of what we have about ourselves.
3. awareness of who we really are
4. awareness of who we have become.
Here are some tips of self awareness:
Keep an open mind of things around us and what is said to us when having a conversation with others.
Be aware of our strengths and weaknesses
be focused on what we do or say.
Set boundaries for ourselves and to keep them in everything we do.

Sometimes it is really important to stop and reflect, and make sure we are heading in the direction that we want to be going, instead of just letting life carry us along.

I have a good friend who says "what box?". Or "who put the box there?" They are right. Often we have built the box ourselves. So perhaps thinking out of the box is to ditch the box entirely? It's a fun idea. Who needed the box in the first place?
@Clio9876 Great thoughts! My mom says something similar. She is also known to say "I like to color outside the lines, and make my own creations."
I think it is healthy, as a community, to have free-spirited or artistic thinkers, as well as rule-followers. I love that we can all learn from each other!
I am tired. And worried about career switch. And kids and husband is non supportive, just trying to squish more and more in the marriage, time, energy extra, good news is I beginning self reflecting recently. When I am almost 38. I think it is very late but better than nothing.
