@intuitivePixie1331 Certainly! Reading is a wonderful way to practice self-care and unwind. Here are some self-help and self-care books that you might find insightful:

  1. “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho: A beautifully written novel that explores the journey of self-discovery, purpose, and following one’s dreams. 🌟

  2. “Atomic Habits” by James Clear: Learn practical strategies to build positive habits and break negative ones. It’s all about small changes that lead to big transformations. 💡

  3. “Thinking, Fast and Slow” by Daniel Kahneman: A fascinating exploration of human decision-making, biases, and how our minds work. 🧠

  4. “The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz: Simple yet powerful principles for personal freedom and happiness. 🌟

  5. “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey: A classic guide to personal and professional effectiveness. 🚀

  6. “Daring Greatly” by Brené Brown: Explore vulnerability, courage, and wholehearted living. 🌟

  7. “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie: Timeless advice on building meaningful relationships and effective communication. 🤝

Remember, self-care is about nourishing your mind and soul. Choose books that resonate with you, and enjoy your reading journey! 📚✨

@intuitivePixie1331

Here's a few suggestions that i enjoyed and helped me.

Crucial conversations.

Come as you are. Emily Nagasaki.

Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus. While it's a book about male/female couple relationships, it actually helped most in my relationship with my mum.

The 5 love languages. Gary Chapman.

One on my list, but haven't read yet: The body keeps the score.

Happy reading!
