Boundaries have always been a bit of an issue for me. And I'm not in a position to put the ones I want to set in place.. Stupid disabilities!

@communicativePond1728 Thanks for this topic! The part that’s toughest for me is the “follow your gut”. I can recognize on paper what my rights are, and what I deserve. But when I’m in an actual situation, the lines get blurred to me because I feel compassion for the other person. It’s harder to tell what feels right and wrong, how to find a middle ground between what’s best for me and them.
