I deleted *** because I started to act like my ex treating others the way other men have treated me. Is this a normal part of relationship PTSD?

Raspberry that is a smart move! Well done - as soon as you notice what you are experiencing and how you are functioning its best to set aside the influences. Social media can be very draining and can suck you right in.

All the best'

I deleted *** some years back.

It was the best move ever.

My life feels way more normal now.

No need to see fake things from others.

No need to be part of some race where everyone is flaunting what they have.

I prefer honest platforms like these where people discuss real stuff and offer genuine support. This feels enriching.

Regarding relationship ptsd...

I'm not sure how it looks like..

But I dont think its unusual in humans to pick up a negative trait from others when they themselves were a victim of it. Children who had a violent parent didnt know how to manage their emotions, werent guided on how to navigate situations without violence and latched on to the same method subconsciously when they became parents. Ive seen things like that happen.

The good thing is you are self aware. You have realised what you're doing. And it doesnt feel right. And youre plucking yourself out of it. To something healthier.

Thats great. And you can so do this. Healing and growth is so possible ❤️
