Feeling like I missed my chance

I’m 35 now and I feel like I threw my life away doing nothing. I feel like I missed my chance to change this. I don’t know what to do now and I can’t get myself to want anything. I’m incredibly depressed. I have no money, no career, and no relationship.

I am in the same spot but we need to build. My wife wants to divorce me and my kids r upset. I was depressed hurting because it is my fault.
I have to get up and you have to as well. I am sorry for you but you have someone in your same story.
