I've always felt that when we hold someone else's wounds or pain with kindness and empathy, our own heart heals a little too. I guess, maybe that's how healing works - it quietly reaches us while we're busy comforting someone else. 😇

This is so true! ❤️ I joined 7 Cups carrying my cross, my pain, and my suffering. Then I found so many people who comforted me. They were troubled🌊 too. 💕 I also tried to help a few others heal, even while I was in pain and had tears in my eyes. 😢
Many of us are broken in one way or another, yet we still choose to lift each other up. 🤝❤️ We may be broken, but together we remind each other that we're never alone. ✨🙏
