I beat social anxiety tonight 😄👍🏻
I went out tonight with work for the first time in a few years. I have social anxiety and I lost my confidence to go out. I really enjoyed it and we had a good laugh. It was a bit challenging because it was very noisy and I did feel a bit panicky and disorientated at times but I done it and I enjoyed myself :) My phone was going flat which luckily didn’t panic me too much :)

That's so lovely to hear! It's nice to see that you had a good time! Given that it's your first time out in a while, it's understandable that it was a bit challenging. But, you pushed through and I'm proud of you! Would you say now that you've done it and had a good time, you will be open to trying it again more? :)💜
