@Hopes22

Hello Hope, it takes courage to acknowledge that you are struggling with anxiety and sadness, and it's okay to feel that way. Your feelings are valid, and it's important to acknowledge and address them. Have you considered seeking support from a therapist or counsellor? They can provide a safe space to talk about your feelings and help you develop coping strategies to manage them. Remember, you are not alone, and there is always help available.

@sensibleDay9625 If you're not sure where to start, I would recommend reaching out to your primary care doctor or a mental health professional such as a psychologist or licensed therapist. They can help you assess your symptoms and provide guidance on treatment options that may be right for you. Additionally, many healthcare providers offer teletherapy services, which may be more convenient and accessible for you.

Blessings Hopes! It's a struggle, but we are all here to support you!! I've found that redirecting my attention onto my art or model building helps a lot. What are some of your hobbies? I take meds and have a couple counselers and I do update emails to one of them just to get it all out. The typing through my day to day helps to remind me of some of the things I have learned such as grounding techniques, and filling my time with as many positive things as I can find. We all struggle and we all are here for each other.

Blessings, Day

Dear Hopes22,

I have been through days where I have lived in anxiety so much that my brain has been paralyzed to think of anything.

I have been at work, sitting hours before laptop, only to realize that time went by and I could not think of anything at all. Sometimes anxiety is crippling. I have been there and can understand what you are going there.

Do you think there is something going on which is causing you anxiety? Seeing a therapist has personally helped me question my thoughts and understand myself better.

@Hopes22

Hi Hopes,

Your feelings are real, I suffer from being manic depressive and know when I have certain feelings it means something. I talk it out with others who will understand me not someone who says you will be okay or will get over it. Those words to a person like us is not something we want to hear.

I am always here for you

Pam
