I feel it's an inherent trait for most of us to feel like something isn't working enough for us, some things do require more time, effort, patience and a certain level of discipline to keep at it even if we don't see any significant impact or the impact we were hoping for.

I believe, it is a great idea to continue to exploring around though, there's many things out there and we may find our fit someday, I hope you do too, @Ljizzizza44.

What is it that you're coping with, if you'd like to share?

Also, Is there any particular coping mechanism you're considering to try?

@Lelmer4

in some things we may become impatient but in the big picture many quick fixes as you referred to have unintended or unseen  side effects / or do not last ....

each situation is different but ask yourself why you want a quick fix instead of a perhaps more solid one.

@Lelmer4

Patience is a great Value to have and sometimes we need to work at it.  One skill I like to use when working on this value is the DBT skill STOP.  Below is a great image to help.  I also like the links on this image to help me with other skills with relationships in my life.
