Sexual health after 35
How important it is to maintain a gud sexual health after 35
@sincerePomegranate990
i think it depends on if you're planning to get pregnant or not
@Heather225
@grannyjanny gotta say, I respectfully disagree. At 73 no plans to get pregnant. But sexual health is vitally important to me.
In my opinion, if it is not for pregnancy, finding the right partner in sex can boost give a boost to your outlook on life as sexual health plays a very important role in mental health too.
@ThePowerWithIn1989 solo is my option
that’s a very good point!
Alot of people sleep around because they don't know how to deal with a different area in their life and distract theirself with sex or entertain many sexual relationships as a way to escape.
- some people see sex as a sacred
- some people see sex as just a natural occurrence of mamals
It's probably better to eat healthy and exercise than be sexually healthy in the context of having sexual relationships unless your talking about being healthy from the point of getting checked for std's regularly and having safe sex then that's always a good thing.
- they say one in four to five people who are sexual active have an std on average
- using people for sex could be seen as psychopathic if it's to satisfy your own need without care or regard for the other person.
- sex is fun, it's also the number one creator of kids, most are whoopsie daisy babies and put people in a financial situation that's quite expensive, leading to dependency on state funded programs or relatives to support them.
- if you are married or in a relationship and don't have sex, it's likley a communication issue or one's inability to communicate effectively

Good sexual health is useful period. We are sexual beings so anything that prevents us from a sense of health and wellness in the area of sexual health, either with ourselves and with others is really important as it's likely you're linking your level of wellness in this area to who you are and what matters to you.
Good question, but it begs a follow up... what exactly is good sexual health ?
@sincerePomegranate990
Sexual Health in the context of your spirit is important. If your sleeping around you're gonna eventually start diminishing your spiritual health. Wether with yourself or others.
You're just selling yourself short when you give yourself away to others like that or through solo ways.
It's a appetite you've got to learn to train.
There's underlying reasons for why you might want to do that loosely.
Honestly and being quite frank I'd stay away from someone who sleeps around. I don't know what's in your blood after you've gone HAM like that.
I'd rather be with someone who is more spiritually inept, because a nourished spirit can provide much more than sex (a desire of the flesh) ever will.
@amicableox0685 this is very well put. i second this
35 here... It is of the exact same importance as before... It is like a mental mirror for you and your companion and your connection status... If you always liked sex and you often have been having sex then most probably if nothing changes in your life drastically you will still need it at the same amount... But... If we as under 35 years old people have sex because we feel good then after 35 you probably have sex because IT makes you feel good...
@sincerePomegranate990pretty important id say haha
