What would you do?

If someone offered you a pill and said "You will lose you memory of bad things that happened to you, you will forget about relationships and people that hurt you, and you will get to start a new life somewhere else without those memories" would you take that pill?

For me is a complex scenario. It would be easy to delete all past things that happened to us, but in other way I think that what make fully "us" is the mixture of all our experiences, good and bad.

If we delete all the bad issues do you think we will keep being the same person in the new place?

If the past pain is really unbearable I might consider taking it, but otherwise I seriously doubt it (I think will do same mistakes again in future).

@zeetee17

No.

That would be last solution if I'm terribly horrified about future and past.

And I'd need to start learning to live and language from the begining. But I'll understand if one of my friend were going to take that pill because memory could make you crazy sometime, but I'll be sad, however.
