Who else feels this way

I go through this every year as B-day approaches.... we question if we are were we should be or could be and what we are not doing.... it gets worse the older you get feeling like time is running out to do all we would like. 

Life can be challenging, I hear that you feel lost. Sometimes when we put most of our energy in surviving- working to pay bills, daily chores, adult adulting. It makes it hard to see the end of the tunnel. Is there something you can do daily that would brighten your day?

I’m 37 and I feel this way. Some people change careers at different ages all the time. Some people move away and/or get married at different ages all the time. What I thought I wanted I didn’t want at all. I didn’t drive until I was 25 and finally moved out on my own. I thought I was going to be married to who I was going to be married too. I knew I was not going to be at my current job forever. Everything that’s important takes time and you don’t have to have everything figured out at once. I don’t think anyone ever has it figured out all at once. I’m definitely one of those people I feel lost I’m still looking at that’s okay I just want to be happy and to improve. Try to build skills that you have and take it one day at a time. Much love. ❤️

I am already 40 and muster the courage to go about everyday thru loneliness and rejection. It is tough for me but i am seeing it thru. I hope you can too find your direction and then the courage to see thru everything.
