i usually power walk if in open area not a bunch of people i talk out loud say all the things i would like to say to others but it is not polite.... or just talk things through in my head i feel relieved at the end if you are angry or annoyed you walk work out faster as you sweat it somehow for me anyway becomes funny not stressful

@toughTiger6481 that is a good idea, I find I walk faster if I have rock music on and kind of drift along if I use classical lol

yes! There's actually a release of endorphins and other excitatory hormones during exercise which can cause a boost in mood and reduction in stress and anxiety!

@passionateNorth2259 Hello, I’m not sure if I can answer your question fully, but for me, it could help to release stress and anxiety. I think I would also be a good idea if you listen to some music when working out, it might help you more.

Hello! I've been going to the gym for the last 2 years at least 5 times a week. It helped my anxiety, stress, depression, anger issues and especially it helped my confidence. It even helped my social anxiety, I feel more confident walking in a place with unknown people now. I think, for me, it helped because I started to look better and I feel much stronger. Anytime that I'm angry or sad I just release that energy in the gym by lifting weights and lifting heavier it's my reward. With time people there start to know you and respect you for your work and I think that also helps.
