Starting over
Hello Everyone,
Thank you for such a welcoming community.
I'm 45 and starting over, was previously married and divorced and now lm dealing with a break up of a 7 year relationship.
I thought l would have my life all figured out by now but definitely not the case.
I would love some ideas of what others are doing to cope to get through covid and when dealing with loss and rejection.
I am working out every morning, occupying my time with working out but l need some more ideas to deal with these awful thoughts.
Thanks for the tips. 🙌

If you need other specific answers on other topics,
a simple web search can point you to the best resources available on the exact topics you are interested in.
Just go to
Google or Bing etc. or
psychologytoday.com or
healthline.com
and enter the right search phrase or words.
Find the solutions or explanations you are looking for.
Experiment with the search wording as needed to get what you're looking for.
I find that's the best way to get the answers I need.
Psychologytoday.com is particularly good.
Also Healthline.com
Both have professionals review the articles so more trustworthy.

" I thought l would have my life all figured out by now but definitely not the case." I'm not much older than you and to be honest, I don't really think most people have it all figured out-- at any age. They may seem to, on the outside, but may be secretly having the same questions, fears and anxieties. I think once you do believe you have it all figured out, life throws a curveball and you are back to trying to figure it out. At least, that's been my experience.

Hi, how are you feeling now?
It sounds rough and tough.
I'm so sorry for your loss dear...
Maybe browse about 5 stages of grief and be mindful of which stage you are currently and how can you feel better on that stage to move forward until you come to acceptance 🌸
Next to deal with rejection.
Self acceptance before expecting acceptance from others and boundaries to not let others trespass our territory mindlessly nor let ourselves trespass other's territory mindlessly. 🌸
A wise friend said, try not to give other people so much power over your happiness. Do you feel you let some people to have power over your mood, thoughts and behaviour?
i hope you're feeling better very soon 🌸
sending you lots of love and hugs 💖
Starting over as self employed. I have a small project that I work on. Several projects. One is making planner each beginning of year. which i design and organize. I was being employed for 18 years. well, it took me a lot of sense
to realize is I want to have flexiable work. So I 'm starting my own little thing. I hope it works out. I will never know, untill a certain period of time pass. at least two years. I 'm startign to see results. but looking forward to security.
