how to get over it..
10 years friends, 2 of them we’re together as a couple, and the man I thought I would knew, threw me away like garbage and ghost me. 2 months later we speak again, we chat, we laugh, and 1 week later he gnosted me again, spending 24h a day chatting on viber.. It’s obvious he talks to another women.. but how can someone do this to someone he knew so long, and supposed to loved me, why could he tell me like a human explain what happend, tell me that he has a new women, how could me through me away like that? I cannot get over him and all this situation.. I had him in my life for a decade, know I must learn to live without him..I cannot eat for days, I’m a wreck, dead inside.. Few days ago I have wrote him a couple of messages, tell him how much I love him, he didn’t react.. I feel so useless and lost..

I am so sorry. relationships are tricky and some don't end up well. this guy may not be the right one for you.
@aquaTriangle4751 I’m sorry to hear that. Things might get rough at times but love yourself and I’m sure you’ll meet the right person
@aquaTriangle4751 this is not easy to handle ... Take your time to grief over it ..... Bless your heart .... Prayers and love for you ....
I'm sorry that you experienced that. It sounds like a pattern that he does this. That is very important. He may return, so please take this time to heal. A person capable, and with a pattern of throwing people away is dangerous. They must lack or be defunct with the trait of human empathy, in order to do that.
You have a value and worth. You're worth far more, than to be treated like that. And if you texted him he knows the door is still open. He knows you're "waiting."
I know how it feels. It's like losing a limb to say the least. You have to fight through it. Until you can see that him leaving is a gift. I know you can't see it now, but you will.
Run. Run as fast as you can towards the light. When someone shows you who they are, believe them. It's no good.
I hope that you can find some peace. There will be rough days ahead. Don't give up. I'm fighting too. We cannot return to that. We're worth so much more than that. 💖
thank you, you’re so right.. but it’s hard to except it, i cannot believe that he is what he is showing me now, that would mean that all this years he was wearing a mask! i cannot run away from him, he was my life, now that he is gone i feel dead inside.. how can i trust another human, when the person who i knew for 10 years or thought i knew have done this to me? who else to trust? maybe he don’t know how to handle it, i don’t know.. I’m still hoping and waiting for him..
@aquaTriangle4751 @aquaTriangle4751 Hi aqua I cannot advise you but it's possible he was another person or didn't really know what he was doing in the relationship with you; maybe he didn't mean to wear the mask for all those years, I am not excusing him, you probably know him better, but I am wondering if maybe he changed instead of thinking he was wearing a mask this whole time, though it's possible; maybe you didn't really know who he was or he didn't either?
Sorry I don't know if this makes any sense, it's just that I can sense the pain in what you're writing, still that doesn't mean you should go back to him unless he really tries to make this work as well, and you really think it's worth holding onto.
But I can't really give advice, as I am going through some stuff also, and I dont' want to give you misconstrued advice, but I hope this made you feel a little better.
@aquaTriangle4751,at one time I waited for this Guy I don't know for how long to tell me the one word that I always wanted to hear, but when they finally did, I wished maybe he never said it, am still trying to move on, it's not easy, I cry most times, I hardly trust anyone, deep inside, I feel so dead, but All I know is, I will be okay one day, am taking my time, accepting the fact that he was never meant to be, I am positive I will be okay one day.
@ruggedbutterfly,thank you
I've been through a similar situation and it was due to me being of convenience for him. I wasn't who or what he desired in a partner but I was like the "energy drink" needed to stroke his ego and "be himself" around. Ultimately, what he needed was a paid therapist... NOT ME!
People can only do what we allow them to do. I would encourage you to think about the things that you say to yourself or think about yourself, that makes you allow someone in your life to treat you as if you're disposable. I don't know you but know that you deserve better and this person is probably blocking you from realizing how awesome you are. Be mindful to not base all of your worth on someone that doesn't know how to value it. ❤️
@aquaTriangle4751
Wow. What a heartbreak. Obviously I don't think you can ever trust him again. Take time to grieve the loss of what you thought you had. Work on separating yourself from that life that isn't anymore. Try to look at it in a positive way. At least you know the truth now and you're free to pursue something that's real.
I agree with a lot of the other posters here...don't wrap up your worth in a person who doesn't really love you. Someone who turned out to be so fake with you. You are worth a much better relationship than the one that has ended.
Take time to grieve and move on. Get counseling if you think you need help. You're not alone going through this. Sending (((hugs))).
@aquaTriangle4751 p.s. I do agree with you, he should have been honest and let you know, not ghost you like that or lie to you
Sorry to hear. I’m not sure what to say I’m dealing with a break up. I think the best thing to do is stop reaching out to him. Make him think you moved on.
You are definitely not alone. Is good you express yourself here. Time heals. Sending warm hugs.
I feel he is lost.. NOT you! Hugs!
