@DanaMH I like the mantra "What did I do right?" It helps me focus on the positive growing aspects of life. It opens up new possibilities to me.

Another one I like is "We will get through this." So instead of adding fuel to the fire of how bad things are I can start using my energies to focus on how I can get through this.

I've never been all that big on quotes, mantras or other similar things. I did find though with my IV training "I've got this" is something that I would use.

Theres a really nice mantra on one of the 7 Cups audio meditations. Something like I am calm and everything is well. I hope I find it again so I can write it down.

@DanaMH

Dana, my mantra was I CAN but at the moment I am using

I am strong - confident and powerful.

That is what I am telling myself every single morning along with tapping and every time a challenge comes up I will repeat it for a while, became an automatic though now.

I like that one about taking a break since some of us don't think that sometimes. It is hard. Scheduling down time is a great idea.

@DanaMH

Not quite a mantra, but I am working in a DBT for Eating Disorder module, and I've got this on my phone where I can see it:

"I need to learn to do this. What I've been doing is not working."
