@amiablePeace77 I learn more by listening than talking so let's spend some time listening together. Hear the breath going in and out, feel the sensations in your body as the breath enters, pauses and then leaves.

I would tell my abuse story again, and emphasize thta I am not the only male who has been sexually abused. There are many of us who need validation and support.

It's just sad and to me beyond comprehension that male sexual abuse has been covered up and ignored for so long. I hope all males will get that validation and support, it's needed for healing. Your stories need to be heard!
Paying attention to others
so many just focus on working day or what is verbally said.
Really paying attention to someone requires many senses at the same time,
Being aware of so much about the other person or persons can be so helpful for them in so many ways. The smallest things can often be the most important things you need to pick up on.
You can use this in one one one , business, to help train or trach people, to communicate and just help people—-just take time to notice, care to notice things, as it all is so important. Just mere spoken words are often so off-track from what is “really needed to be known and heard,”

I would speak on the importance of being true to ourselves. How easy it is to try to be what other people want us to be but why I need to learn to be my authentic self.
