@amiablePeace77 Sometimes, I see signs and that helps me make decisions. For instance, I'm in the midst of making a HUGE decision and I popped onto 7Cups and this question about decisions is here. I consider that a sign I'm on the right track.
Usually, I gather information and write about what the decision would entail. Ultimately, though, I go with my gut after the gathering is over.

I'm usually logical, but there times when my emotions get the best of me. In making decisions, I consider the details, including the people involved, if there are any, the pros and cons of each of the choices, and the amount of effort involved in each choice.

Great way to stay mentally, emotionally and physically as healthy as possible!
Intuitively, and it usually turns out right. I go with my hit instinct. When I ignore my first thought; or ignore uneasiness; I usually end up regretting the choice.
