My faith and beliefs with that help a whole lot during many times. I am grateful that I believe in this, do my best to follow, and more. I have hope from many friends and other Christians I know and am around. I am grateful for all this so much, more than I can say here. I am also grateful for so very much in life.

I was raised in a religious family. The last few years of loss and deteriorating health has me seriously questioning this faith.
As a result, I find it harder and harder to maintain any semblance of hope.

What does the song say: "I never promised you a rose-garden." You are suffering under helthissues (and so am I). I don't like to suffer. What I try (have for lesson) these days is to accept myself and my circumstances where I am today. I also ask a lot of questions about suffering. (I know gold is cleansed through fire, so are we).

sorry to hear about the health problems you had and have to face. I really wish things can be well for you.
It's understandable to see everything with different eyes when things are so frightening and heavy, like it's dealing with health issues. To find more inner peace could make you feel better and lowering the negative of the situation, at least emotionally speaking.
I hope you will find a way to do that and i wish you 7 cups can help you feeling less oppressed by the situation you are living and less alone.

Hope in things being better at some point is what I think helps pull me through. The sun will shine again and the dark clouds will have to move away.
