I will attend Stroke Association online meetings this week. I must set my alarm to get up with the Europeans, but they are kind enough to allow me to hang out with them and have been so gracious as to help me understand my lack of knowledge about what to expect and how to do things in a different way or relearn to do things I used to be able to. So many blessings.

Being serious, it is important. Spouse's family and siblings passed do to colon cancer (several members)

My weekend was okay - where my main accomplishment was mowing the lawn.
I don’t particularly have anything planned in the way of self-care this week.

Thumbs up for cutting the grass, mowing is the key to a healthy lawn so that the grass can grow again.
I find often we think about all the work we need to do but forget to have fun or just relaxation. I hope that you will still come up with something you enjoy and that relaxes you.

I'm a little late to this question, but for self care this week I have been planning my work and working my plan! ☺️ I was traveling for work last week and will be taking a short trip for pleasure this week, so I've had to stay focused to get everything done, and not feel so anxious.

Incredible!! My son graduated from high school. He has autism
and brilliant. What I loved most is all his friends at the grad so happy to see him and he is very cool 😎 with his friends that I don’t see at home. Great weekend. He is doing engineering in the fall. 💙🎓💙🎓
Self care for me this week to get back to routine and a day in town alone just doing what I need … checking out options to get healthier and make a plan … through to August with some goals for movement, weight loss and of course toning as well. 💕💕💕

I find working out a plan about goals etc. helps to stay focused on what you want to achieve.
