Hi, Ami,

If you suffer from asthma or any type of breathing problems what helps you to manage the emotional effects on your well-being?  My nasal passages are collapsed.  I need surgery but have no medical insurance.  So, I can't breathe well and am often a mouth breather.  To give myself relief at night, I sleep with a breathe right strip across my nose.  It helps immensely.  I am sometimes very embarrassed during the day to be breathing through my mouth, but I have no choice.  If people stare, I just tell myself to carry on.
