Q.How you have been prioritizing Self-care and maintaing your well being so far? what are few goals related to this you are setting for this week?
My self care routine is working out. The biking and gym are my me time and I find its the best way for me to maintain my well being. My goal this week related to that.....maintain mileage on my spin bike. I joined a team that is part of an online spin bike distance challenge. I have found that being part of a team with a similar goal is holding me very accountable to getting my workouts and rides in because I want to pull my weight.
This week and the weeks before I don't care about neither self-care nor maintaing my well being. I have no hope for reaching for that.

I just did an exercise class and a yoga class this morning.
I find the discussions here on 7 Cups also help me to deal with challenges I face.

How you have been prioritizing Self-care and maintaining your well being so far? what are few goals related to this you are setting for the upcoming week?
I stick to my daily self care routine which includes meditation, exercise and gratitude but next week I like to restart brief evening Tai Chi.
@amiablePeace77 I like the 5 minute Tai Chi on youtube because it is quick and energizes me.
