I've had some very rough days recently and I am so grateful for many things and people but especially my cat purring on my chest
today I look forward to eating something tasty and good for me I'm craving protein
thank you everyone for 7 cups it is a lifeline for me

Something that gives me a good amount of quality protein are fried egg whites in a bowl with chick peas and kale and it tastes really good. What did you have to get your protein?

I had a rough day recently but I was grateful for ... My husband and I shared a rough day, but I was grateful for our ability to mutually support each other.
