I read that wind therapy helps veterans who struggle with everyday life to ease stress caused by the scenes they saw overseas but I could well imagine how freeing the feeling from riding a bike must be for everyone. I did not ride motorbikes but riding my bicycle always made me feel good.

Having everything hygienic makes one feel more comfortable. Sometimes meds are needed and we can be grateful for them.
Only three things? It's a great question. Here's the first 3 that come to mind.
Indoor plumbing - I don't think I really need to explain why I am grateful for this :)
Electricity - I think about when the power goes out and then it becomes so obvious how dependent on electricity we are!
The internet - We're all old enough here to remember the days before the internet. It was fine, but now, I am quite dependent on it for .... trip planning, restaurant reviews, online shopping, I even renew my library books online. Banking. Recipes. Information. Checking in with my kids. I use the internet for just about everything.

Indoor heat, with the winter storms we get I'm thankful to be indoors.
Car starters, to warm up my car on cold days.
Working from home on laptop, since covid I've been working from home and I'm enjoying it. Being able to work outside in the summer.

Yes for sure no traffic jams. And no rushing to get ready in the morning is nice. I get up have my coffee will I check my email. I'm enjoying it. I do miss my coworkers. No more lunch dates, no more chatting about issues and complaining. Getting to know people and making friends.
