I used to think it was spirituality but now I think it is to find our own meanings for our life. By being a. helper to others, all kinds of support that we can share combined into each of the other things you mentioned.

entirely? Playing guitar and singing.
For me, #1 being a parent. #2 pursuing my creative expression through music. Meaning is experienced when being able to practice that thing that drives you, whether it’s music, any number of scholarly disciplines, any art, being a parent, scientist, helping people in any number of ways.

@Offmytrack family can be a real important support.
I think it's a balance of all or some of these things that you mentioned. It all depends on what your priorities are. Some have more, some have less. We have to find our own balance...
