No, I haven't watched too many videos. I've just been reading a few articles here and there. This is my first year gardening in very many. I love planting tomatoes because their yield is so big and they're so delicious to eat! :) I would also like to plant a scent path, but I can't where I live. I live in a duplex in an apartment community and they don't allow gardens, even though lots of residents do plant things. I have a container garden this year. It's all flowers except for two tomato plants. What are your favorite vegetables to garden? What have you planted this year?

Nice that you read about plants. I find it's very helpful in the beginning but also lateron, I am still learning a lot although I do gardening for some time now. A container garden is a great idea and many things can be grown in containers (sometimes even better than on land) provided the soil is nutritious and loose. Tomatoes are great and yummy, have you tried lettice or chinese cabbage? I grow practically all food we eat but a lot of them in containers too because they do not require as much watering as when planting directly on the land.

As much as I love lettuce, I haven't grown it because I don't think I'll eat it fast enough. Do you throw out a lot of the lettuce you grow? How do you control how much sprouts at once? I haven't tried cabbage. I love that, too, but it gives me too much gas. :)

I sprout in bigger quantities in case some seedling die, so I would sprout like 20 lettuce every 2 weeks and what I do not need I will give away. Caraway seeds can help with too much gas, just add some to the cabbage. 😉

I don’t travel anywhere. I just like languages.
I can carry on very basic conversations in Italian, French and Spanish.
I know a few words and phrases in Chinese, Japanese and German.

I wrote about my abuse. I have a short version for posting on websites and reading out loud, and a longer version in which I go into more detail. I prefer the longer version, because it explains more, but it's too long for posting or reading out loud.
I've written a number of drafts of each version, especially the short one.

I just started doing some ART work.... simply coloring pages with colored pencils makes me go into the ZONE. Yes, maybe not so artsy, coloring, but with colored pencils you can do so much -- shading, blending, and its so rewarding, Next is acrylic painting! Fun Fun!
