* Why does it give you a peaceful sensation?
The images I shared make me feel an inner sensation of peace, the first one because of the quiet place and amazing landscape. I love lakes because they offer the beauty of water surrounded by mountains, I feel like getting there to enjoy both!
I also like stones shaped by mother nature, I like to look at them and also to touch their smooth mostly round surface, either when warmed by sun or wet because of water. I sometimes I pick and bring some home.
* What other thing gives you a peaceful vibe?
To be in a place or with people that make me feel there's no danger and that there, or with them, I'm safe.
* How are you feeling today?
I'm fine, looking forward to enjoy the week-end
I get a peaceful feeling from listening to the snow falling when it is quiet out enough to do so.
other things that bring me peaceful vibes are music and walks
today I am feeling a little down about the Ukraine troubles.
@LittleDreamer1971 I hear you. I am doing what I can to keep a peaceful feeling inside but it is challenging when I know there is a war and people are suffering. That makes me want to work on myself more and root out the combativeness that still lingers inside me. The roots of war are inside us all. I do not blame us but I want to do all I can to make peace in myself.

Why does it give you a peaceful sensation? I love being outside in nature, particularly around trees, they have a calming effect on me. Also seeing so many green plants, smelling the earth, listening to the sound of the forest gives me a feeling of belonging.
* What other thing gives you a peaceful vibe? Meditation and music, especially reggae music
* How are you feeling today? I'm feeling okay, have a bit of stomach pain but nothing too bad so I'm enjoying my weekend

There's also a position that helps with stomach and belly tension and ache, ever tried it? Hope i can explain it well:
position yourself on all fours, bend your elbows on which you lean by joining your hands in front of you as in the prayer gesture, rest your forehead on your closed hands by bending your torso, hold the position for a few minutes
