I just like to share some thoughts about coloring for adults
To me the first thing is - It's simply fun
but there is so much more to it, let's see what I found:
Health Benefits of Coloring for Adults
REDUCE STRESS AND ANXIETY. Coloring has the ability to relax the fear center of your brain, the amygdala. ...
IMPROVE MOTOR SKILLS AND VISION. Coloring goes beyond being a fun activity for relaxation. ...
IMPROVE SLEEP. ...
IMPROVE FOCUS
How many of you have tried coloring as adults and if you never tried it, would you give it a shot?

I love coloring mandelas and it helps reduce anxiety, love the picture enclosed here too!
@SoulfullyAButterfly I'd like to try it. What kind of coloring materials do you recommend? Crayons? Color pencils?
@thoughtfulLight8264 I personally use color pencils. I enjoy using different shades.
@SoulfullyAButterfly
Great to hear that you use mandalas already
@amiablePeace77 thank you
I used to draw a lot as a young person. Now I can't. No talent. And I tried coloring. I did a few pages but it doesn't hold the allure for me that it does for others. Beautiful work though!
I love colouring too. It's nice . But now I am trying something called Diamond Dotz . We paste small diamond like stones according to the colour codes given. Time consuming but the end product is worthy of a place in the Living Room
. This is an example:

@faithlove1111
That's so beautiful! Thanks for sharing. Are those 2 giraffes?
Gorgeous! @faithlove1111
How many of you have tried coloring as adults and if you never tried it, would you give it a shot? I have not tried coloring, as I am rather bad at that. I probably would not, judging by the fact that I have several things to color and I haven't had the slightest urge to do so.
@Offmytrack
Sometimes we think we're so bad at something until we tried a number of times and find out, wow, I actually can do this.
Does not work all the time but sometimes it does
