Sitting in the sun for a few moments even if it is below 40 degrees.
I did this and it was 30 degrees but nice anyway!

@amiablePeace77, For tomorrow, I can plan to go for a walk in a pretty park in the sun, hopefully. My life is overwhadowed by being afraid of one of the people I live with. I never know what actions he is going to take when I am out of the house. So, even planning a nice walk is overshadowed by fear.

I wish your situation would be much better but I do hope that one day you get out of it , hugs. Hope you still can enjoy the walks.
I treated myself to lunch out today. I'm trying to give myself little treats every day, even if it's just standing outside in the sun and getting some fresh air.

I can get that herb planter made that I have been wanting to do and get outside for a bit. I need to get off this computer and get something done.

I like that idea, just a few kind words can make a big difference in someone's day.
Let my little dog in the neighbor's fenced yard to visit his older dog- Annie has been barking every morning- so hoped she would enjoy the company.
They were so cute together, but then they both came to the gate asking to be let out!!!

Also dogs need to get out, sniff here and there, to them it's like what is for us reading the newspaper .
@amiablePeace77- so true, my dog loves it when I turn him loose to sniff around to his hearts content. I have been told it is comparable to our sense of vision.
