It’s always delightful to get good feedback from others. However, always seeking approval from the outside can become an easy trap.

“Approve of yourself; be the one that says the words of encouragement you long to hear.”

So this week I like to invite you to pay particular attention to the times when you could compliment yourself for something, remember it does not need to be something big! Leaving the bed in the morning is a big deal for many people already, so something to be proud of and to compliment yourself for.
