Find a way to laugh 
Watch a funny video or call that friend who always cracks you up. Laughing will bring you lasting joy. Even smiling and laughing in the mirror at yourself will trigger happiness chemicals in your brain.
So today I like to ask you to mention one thing that always makes you smile - let’s make a numbered smiling list and see how many things we can gather as a team! 
I will start with the first one, so number 1. The next person will be number 2, and then 3, 4,5 …
1. Watching funny animal videos always makes me smile, example “Best of BBC talking animals” YouTube

My favorite too, do you have any particular ones?
@amiablePeace77, I like the videos when they voice over a person talking when an animal is moving it's mouth. Or the ones where a person gets behind a dog eating at the table, and the person puts their arms through the sleeves of a shirt they put on the dog. Then they pretend to be the dog's hands while it is eating at the table. Do you have any favorites?

What I do when I am frustrated or need a laugh is stand in front of a mirror and make funny faces until I cannot help but laugh at my own silliness.

Yes, they have video's of things people and Preachers do at church that are hilarious on YouTube

Remember some with Mr. Bean, those were indeed quite funny and not offensive at all. I will check lateron for more, thanks for a great idea.
Looking for a listener
Talking with a friend, we imagine new universes together and blend reality with fiction. It makes the world funnier. Or just rhinking of sheep as a textile museum running around.

@Goldcherry2113 wow that sounds cool. In US we have a PBS show Nature and it has great shows. Check out youtube and find some good ones

Watching Gabriel Iglesias, also called Fluffy. He has videos on YouTube and Netflix, and probably Amazon. He's not just one of the funniest comics I've ever seen, he is a genuinely good person and an extremely nice guy.
