How was your week?
My week was pretty good, other than not getting enough sleep.
What was good, what not so much?
It was all pretty good, I made up for the lost sleep today. I am feeling very good.
What do you really need to feel safe and comfortable?
I feel very safe right where I am. I live in a very safe neighborhood. Comfortable? Other than my back, I am very comfortable almost all the time.

1. How was your week,
Trying, challenging, draining at times
2. what was good, what not so much?
What was good was a night that I volunteered at a local botanic garden.They are having a light show, in the garden, every night, through until early January.I would love to work there but we’re moving, unfortunately.
What wasn’t so good is that the moving chaos continues.The family I live with suddenly decided to move to Florida instead of Oregon, and then maybe in the last week decided that they might lease a place until the summer and then move again.This is not good for me.
3. What do you really need to feel safe and comfortable?
I need to settle down in my life.I need to have my own place to live where I can lock the doors when I’m sleeping.I need to have sober, good people in my life who are working on improving their mental health.I need to be able to socialize and join clubs, but I can’t if we keep moving.

I am really to hear about the struggles you have in life at the moment. Seems like there are many things adding up to feeling insecure. It must be hard moving around like you say if it's nothing you want to do. I can understand it might je hard to build relationships with people when you know you might move again sometime soon.

Companionship is really important when it comes to feeling safe. Many of us benefit from sharing things with others.

How was your week, what was good, what not so much? Being alone for the holidays was a wee bit of a challenge. But on the other hand I talked to relatives on the phone.
What do you really need to feel safe and comfortable? My blankie lol

Being alone during the holidays can really be a challenge. I'm glad you could talk to your relatives on the phone at least. That can be comforting enough. I actually heard there were people who had Thanksgiving dinner together but online because they couldn't be together.

@spectacularSunrise7824 yes some people did. I had non traditional food so there was not one eating period. I kept nibbling lol
