I am doing ok going to Physical Therapy this morn. Feeling the brunt of life a bit but this to shall pass. I did the body scan

@amiablePeace77, 1. I had a strange week. First, a trouble maker at work no longer works at my place of employment. So, that is good. Second, two women that I work with decided to act strangely. One of them threw a temper tantrum and the other decided to be uncooperative. It was out of the twilight zone. Today I was doing yard work and got stung/bit (I don't know if they bit me or stung me) by wasps about 6 times. I found out I am not allergic to them so that is a good thing. And it didn't hurt as much as some people describe. I've stubbed my toe and it hurt far worse than the stings/bites. So that is the good part of it. 2. I am going to relax the rest of the day. :)

The “highlight” of the week was fixing a fan that just hummed, but wouldn’t spin.

I don’t know how I will treat myself this weekend. I’m open to suggestions...

@amiablePeace77 Hi, my highlight of the week was doctors appointment because my lab results were good from following my prescribed diet more. I hope that I can continue to do this😊. I did treat myself on Saturday to some plantains, they were so good!
