What I would wish for would probably change with my mood....lol.... so I'll come back in a few days and post again to see how my thoughts change...
I could wish to be in shape, but I think it would be better to wish for the iron resolve to do it myself within a certain length of time.
I could say, world peace....I hate the war in Ukraine.
And of course, financial security. With that I could live where I prefer in a house I would love to live in, and be able to help other family I worry about. Not sure of the amount but it would be much more than I have now. I don't need to be rich but money does give a measure of freedom the poor can never dream of having.

That is such a pandora's box. I think I would ask for all creation to be healthy. For all creation to live life with ease. And for all creation to be happy.

@scarletPear1945 For those who suffer from emotional pain, I wish they would have less emotional pain and I also wish that people would have a better understanding, that emotional pain is real, and to understand that.
I wish those who suffer from emotional pain, that they could find freedom from the negative stigma, that society has of them and help.
I wish society as a whole could get better educated about emotional pain and trauma.
In my opinion there seems to be a lack of education around those topics.
I do not know why that is.
It should not be like that.

I totally agree with what you are saying. Our mental health professionals not all but many of the ones that we as clients have access to are undertrained or lack the ability to handle certain types of conditions. It is very damaging to the ones who need this service.❤️

I wish this for you too. Often times we can be more passionate and supportive of others but can not reciprocate it back to ourselves. Since you recognize this fact, that was half the battle now practice self-love and self-care one step and one day at a time.
