Happy New Year everyone! 🌟
"Books are not only a wonderful way to pass the time but also provide several health advantages, such as stress relief and brain stimulation.
Do you read regularly and what kind of books do your find most inspiring?"

Love the post! Honestly, I myself were not into reading whatsoever as a kid besides the mandatory readings for school obvs...however something shifted around 17-18 years of age and I have been reading at least an hour a day since. Whether that be audiobooks, physical novels, ebook - I appreciate it all! The one book I think is a great read for mental health would be Jennette McCurdy's I'm Glad My Mom Died - don't let the title and memoir premise throw you off - as it delves deep into generational trauma and body image issues. I personally find Jennette's story inspirational and authentic
I used to read much more, when I was younger...not as much time or focus now.

People often say that when we get older there is more time but sometimes it does feel that there is much less because of the circumstances we live in. I hope though that one day you can get back to reading even if it's only 5 min. per day as a start.
What kind of books have you been reading?
@amiablePeace77 Lately, whatever I scavenge from my part-time job... (I volunteer at the local library. One of the perks is access to books that were "deleted" from the inventory)
