How do you like to start your day off on a good vibe?
Just get through my regular routine, schedule/plans/to do list, with a happy mind, sometimes even with music playing in the background to add as much fun to things that otherwise are done just bc they need to be but are sooooooooooo boring 😂😂😂😂😂 honestly it is like cleaning for example without any music in the background is a lot more boring without music but with music you’re so busy focusing on the music that you got through vacuuming for instance without focusing on that.

Move about a little to lift heart rate, body and breathing mindfulness then Pilates whilst doing a body scan. Sets me up for the day and most of the times eases any arthritis pain.
