The best thing happened today is finally done with shopping which I was planning from start of April
@fancySummer52 isn't that a good feeling when we get something done. I love that feeling.
Being there when my neighbour was going through a wave of pain. My chatting allowed her to forget the pain, even for a brief moment. Just one example of the simple things you can do to help.
@mija123 yes when I reach out to someone it seems to lift them up. And by not focusing on my suffering I feel less pain.
I thought I was going to be late to work, but I got there on time. It's early in the day yet...something better is about to happend -- I can feel it!

@soulsings Best thing for me today was my mom having surgery finally and it all turned out great! I feel very content with the outcome and she will have full mobility soon! Yay! The universe sent us positive vibes for sure !

The best thing that happened today was going for a bicycle ride with my husband.
The best thing today was going to the local community acupuncture clinic and taking a 90 minute nap while the needles did their magic.

Best thing that has happened today is that i began to get annoyed at my daughters text but i was the better person and just ignored it.
@Tetley12 I find the strongest thing I can do is not react to what is triggering me until I can reinterpret it.
