On 7 April 2023 ̶ World Health Day ̶ the World Health Organization will observe its 75th birthday. In 1948, countries of the world came together and founded WHO to promote health, keep the world safe and serve the vulnerable – so everyone, everywhere can attain the highest level of health and well-being. WHO’s 75th anniversary year is an opportunity to look back at public health successes that have improved quality of life.
The social determinants of health are the non-medical health determinants are conditions in the environment into which people are born, live, learn, work, play, worship, and age that affect a wide range of health, functioning, and quality-of-life outcomes and risks.

Sharing love with family, friends, pets, people i come across wherever I go. In my case if that is usually centered around a hospital or a lyft ride, occasionally a Dollar General or Dollar Tree store😁. I have learned after all these years, being kind and loving towards others seems to bring it right back to you.

I don't have pets my son has autism and not ok with pets. But I would love to have a dog! Growing up I had a yorkshire terrier. My mom has a havenese dog absolutely beautiful dog. Great connections and great stress relief too.

I'm sorry that keeps you from having one. I kind of know what you mean. Autism is a spectrum then people are I'm different levels of that spectrum and of course also each person is different. My hiking partner is on the spectrum at what they used to call the aspergers level. He had a dog and loved it so much but when he lost it he kind of lost himself for quite a while. He doesn't want another but loves to come play with mine. I also lean that way and prefer cats because they are more predictable. but animals of any kind calm me--most of the time. When my ex-mother-in-law went to nursing home due to Alzheimer's she could not have her cat anymore. Her family bought her a fairly expensive stuffed cat that actually purred when petted. She swore it was real and loved it so much. It did actually look and feel just like a real cat. I've never seen anything like it before. I think that would work for me.

Healthy food is a great choice to improve your health. I always try to be mindful of eating the rainbow 🌈 fruit and veggies throughout my week rather than carb filled items. 💕
