@RunningMachine don't worry, I'm slowly catching up bio age wise 😁 every single birthday I'm like a year closer to retirement and for my back pain to be valid 😂 so I'm a good sport about it 😁

I'm literally 8 years away from state retirement age and absolutely dread it. If you ever want to vent about it feel free to do so, inflammatory arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis changed my life in my early twenties and fortunately isn't much more than a niggly discomfort occasionally. Happy to chat if you ever want too.
@RunningMachine thank you, i really appreciate it 🌻 I have a kyphosis in my spine and it causes me headaches and other complications. I just wish i was normal sometimes. Knowing i am not alone means a lot to me
