Ways to live in the moment

Living in the moment means truly experiencing the present, without dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. We can not live in the past because we will never move forward. Living in the future is not good because we do not know what the future will be like.

When living in the present, you unlock your potential and achieve happiness. You create more potential living in the now without any tricks, no hacks, and no short cuts.

There are many ways to live in the present:

Reprogram and rewire your brain: With thousands are things circling in our mind, we need to rewire and reprogram it back to being in the present form. By spending 5 minutes a day, you can put all your thoughts in good and bad forms. You vbegin to work on the ones needing to be fixed qaand come up with a plan of over coming those thoughts.

Prioritize recovery: When you change your thoughts, your behaviors will change so you can live in the present. This works on your mental and physical state.

Give up balance and perfection: In a digital world we live in many of us will work longer hours on computers, laptops, tablets, and cell phones. Once in a while giving up these during the day can help us live better.

Enhance your culture: Our workplace,families,hobbies/sports,and friendly groups have you setting rules. the most durable culture is relationship - based.

Practice gratitude: By looking at the good rather than the bad things we can live a healthy lifestyle. When you look at the good your looking at the "good dna "

Practice medfulness and miditation: Train your bain to focus on the now, the present. Lokk at it without passing judgment on yourself.
