I've been here almost a month, and for the first part enjoyed looking around and joining in some chat rooms. Then things started to overwhelm me, I felt I needed to step away, for a week or so, I just popped my head in and stopped reading posts.
I started to feel better after a while.i sometimes have high anxiety, especially in social situations, have bouts of depression at times, have no support system. No one to confide in, that I trust enough to not turn around and aplii my cr@p to my wife.
What is something healthy you like to eat and drink on hot days?
I love to smoke salmon or trout on my smoker and gallons of water.

Glad that you're taking care of yourself when you feel things are getting too much. It can be tempting to take in everything in the beginning and the heads starts to spin. Good you did what you needed to do and feel better now!

Healthy foods are fresh fruits and veggies on a hot day which is everyday in Florida I love home made ice coffee.

I am a 62 year old woman in South Africa struggling with a lot of stuff especially loneliness and financial stress.
It's winter here but in summer I enjoy water a lot, but an occasional chilled something helps when I'm feeling too hot.
Right now something hot and steaming like hot chocolate would be a treat.
