Energizing the Body
Hello everyone, I like to wish you all a nice week.
These are some ideas I have for the week in front of us which I like to share with you:
How to energize the body
Practise good mental hygience
Try to avoid words like, Ill never, I cant, use instead Ill try, Ill do my best
Cultivate supporters
Find people you feel safe and willing to talk to, in your surroundings or online
Find time for pleasure
Sit outside for 5 minutes and enjoy nature. Have a small piece of dark chocolate and savour it mindfully.
Limit complaining
Focussing on what we do not have became a habit to lots of people, instead you can try to take a few minutes per day to express verbally what you dont like but the rest of the time focus on what you have.
Rest your brain
Sit somewhere quietly and do nothing, just let thoughts come and go without inviting them to stay
Call time out
When you are overwhelmed its okay to take a few minutes to cry. It helped us when we were kids and works for us as adults too.
Give something
Give something you can spare to someone around you, give a passing person a smile, a welcoming hello
Be grateful
Notice the parts of your body which are still functioning, that you have air to breeze, that you might live in a non war-zone.
It would be nice to hear your ideas or what you like to add.

Find time for pleasure, Rest your brain, Call time out
All things that require time to yourself. Doen't exist at work.
@Offmytrack
It must be frustrating to work all the time and have no time for yourself. I hope that you will find something which can be changed so that you get the rest/time out needed. Selfcare is usually very refreshing and your body needs it ❤

Sometimes we are in knots just like these vines I took a photo of a few years back, It reminds me of how our thinking can be twisted and our bodys may feel... If we can unknot what we are feeling or going through then we would feel so much better...
Release the negative and replace with the Positives .. Relax and unwind ..
I love photography and miss it so much I do want to unwind and feel better and be back out taking photos.
These vines grew up and around my Grannys House and still remain there...
I want to feel not knotted up anymore.. :)
Peace and Love.

@Tyedyedbutterfly65
Tyedye, thanks for this impressive picture. It really makes it clear how "knotted up" we can be. I hope that with time all your unnecessary knots with be released.
I am working on mine too 😊
@amiablePeace77 Thanks I wasnt sure about the photo since no one had really mentioned it lol but I took the photo several years back and ran across it in my file and thought wow that is exactly how my head feels and the tension in my body feels.
Thanks once again and I am okay I will probably always be one big KNOT HEAD lol...
@Tyedyedbutterfly65
Tyedye, I am glad that you are okay but do hope that the tension in your head and body will lessen soon.
