I have noticed that hashtags don't work in the forum threads you need to use them in your "My Feed" instead.
🦋 What are your views on smiling? When I was young I noticed that almost all the older people were frowning, looking very unhappy as though they had just lost their best friend. I decided that regardless of my situation, I would always smile at people. Now I am an older person, and I understand many of the things people scowl and frown at, many of them my own difficulties. Nevertheless, I smile at people. They are not the cause of my problems, they have problems all their own and could use a smile to cheer them up.
🦋 What is a memory that puts a smile on your face? When my wife and I were recently married and living in an apartment that had been made out of an old Victorian house; we lived in one of the upstairs apartments. One weekend it was very hot, and we opened the doors and windows to cool it down. Several people had come over. Suddenly a kitten appeared at the door. It had come in the front door and gone up the stairs and was looking into our living room. It trotted across and plopped itself in my wife's lap. We checked with the people who owned the kitten's mother, and they didn't want the kitten back. It was ours, hers, and we named her Peggy.

@SoulfullyAButterfly smiling is tremendous. If I am feeling down I go in front of the mirror and make funny faces till I smile and get back to my joyful self.
