having self-control as we grow older

As we grow older so does our self-control.  The older community have a better control on managing their emotions betterand choosing what matters the most to them.  Self-control in adults is the process of involving personal decisions and choices. 

Self-control is associated with multiple outcomes. We all struggle to make the right choices and decisions as we grow older to live a peacful life, sometimes it is good, while other times we find ourselves struggling.

Self-control is crucial when making a decision or a right choice. The decision can be about lifestyles, moral choices, and economic decisions. Self-control is the restraints we put on ourselves to do the right thing. Personal growth in older adults and their longevitydepend on their health care choices, investments they have made in life, and the choices the make in the eldery life depends on this.

How can we have better self-control of things that go on in our lives?
