Not sure about a hike but I have memories of wonder at the bueauty of snow covered forest. And, maybe even more amazing was the muffled silence.
@starrylattae It has been a while but I snowshoed a couple miles up into the White Mountains. I saw a deer. Such a wonderful experience.
@starrylattae Walking through snowy woods is a wonderful experience, with the hushed sounds, the frosted trees, the icicles, and the sunshine sparkling on the ice crust. I like going out on snow shoes too.
Count me in for snowy hikes in the woods. Mosquito free!

@Tyata oh yes, finally someone gets it, I thought I was the only one at times! But, I realized that grounding and other self-care methods help calm that feeling, what do you do at times like this?

@Tyata yup, and tonite dont care. I would like like the end sooner rather than later.
@Tyata the older I get the less control I believe I had. I think control is a fantasy we have. We are carried forward in life by forces like big ocean waves that carry us racing toward the beach but we really do not control the waves.

No, never bungee dived, but free dived from bridges (bungee chords cost money)
