What kept and keeps you going?

, how are you doing today?
We all have our struggles in life, we had some sort of goal when growing up but we also had something what kept us going through life no matter what obstacles we encountered.
To me it was the strong will not wanting to give up, not be defeated by life. My mantra was always I can do it.

What kept me going for thirty years was my (now late) wife. What keeps me going now is my GF/SO.

I always believed that things would be better someday. I had hope. for a long time it seems that i've lost hope. But now, i think , little by little, I'm getting it back.

What keeps me going is the awareness that I am not my mind, nor my body but that I am Soul and so is everyone else and the difficulties I face are actually stepping stones.

Being able to see successes in my past keeps me going. Being persistent can bring change.

@amiablePeace77 I agree we all face many challenges.
What kept and still keeps you going? What keeps me going is to find out what life is like in every phase of life. I would not want to have missed any part of my life, no matter how parinful, because that made me who I am today.
There is something we each are here to do and I want to find out what it is while there is still time to do it and to be it.
