Lorraine - Lead Mod Role
Hey All - We are super excited to announce that Lorraine has stepped up to help oversee the paid mod program. She has been the group support ambassador for the last 6 months and knows the ins and outs of our chatrooms, systems, and processes. When Kate left, we needed someone to step up and help keep this program running asap. We were fortunate that Lorraine was experienced and able to take this role on. She has done an incredible job so far making sure our mods are supported and integrated into the community. She still does some volunteer work as an ambassador and we are very thankful for that (Learn more about Lorraine's volunteer work here). Lorraine is balanced, calm under pressure, thoughtful, flexible to change and new ideas and has already made a strong impact on the community team. We are super excited to have her aboard.
