Our 2022 Smalls Badge Winner is...

As you know, 7Cups Community is ever-evolving community and it continues to evolve every day in order to be a better version of itself. And to make that happen, a lot of effort and thoughts go into it and many and many members, listeners and leaders are responsible for building this community.

The last 9 years were the story of building, optimizing and scaling up. Finding various missing pieces of the puzzle and problem solving to grow into a better community for everyone. And one of the parts was 7 Cups Academy which was influenced and further developed and strengthen by @Hope (Laiba).

She is a Community Manager and Dean of the 7 Cups Academy. She is part of the community for almost 6 years (completing her 6 years with Cups in August 2022). It all started with 7Cups Internship Program but gradually evolved into a dedicated Academy that offers abundant learning experiences and opportunities through various courses it offers. Time Management Course is the recently added one. We are grateful for all she does and always going above and beyond to take care of the community.

Said that, with immense pleasure, I am excited to announce that Hope is the 2022 Smalls Award Winner.

Smalls Award is a badge of honor created after Laura Small to honor her legacy and can-do attitude. It is an yearly award that started in 2019.
