I've been looking around but can't find any place to leave feedback. As this seems to be a spot where those who administer this site "gather" I will leave the feedback here.
Your listeners need more training in the correct and appropriate use of blocking. It's happend to me so many time. And I'm not offensive or disrespectful or anything that I'd consider a legitimate cause for blocking someone.
I've been blocked just becuase a listener felt they coudln't help me and didn't have the decency or courtesy to tell me that. It really hurts to be blocked like that. The gentler colour red doesn't dimish that hurt. It's like a door slammed in your face. It's a cry for help ignored, worse than ignored, trampled on. It's being kicked when you're at your most vulnerable. Please make it stop. Please make it stop
@BrightWriter I am sorry that you did not get the support you needed. No wonder you feel hurt and abandoned being treated that way. Please report the listener's name by email to community@7cups.com
I work with listeners every day to improve their skills and abilities to listen more effectively. I am sorry this has happened to you. I hope that you find other listeners that can give you the support you need.
One suggestion, when you Browse for a listener https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ please check off the box Verified Listener to get a listener with more training.
