If you had to explain leadership to an alien, what would you describe it as?
Should we be giving them tips? What if they have dishonourable intentions? 😫
Taking charge, making the final decisions, knowing when to delegate, being organised. Being efficient with time management etc
That is great advice for an alien! And hopefully they don’t have intentions to take over 7cups!
@Remina lol tentacles crossed 🥺
@ScrabbleBrain
Not the tentacles!
@ScrabbleBrain
@Amanda84 Strut it! Work those hips!
@ScrabbleBrain
You know it 😂 👑
@Amanda84 The worst thing is..... I can't look away. Is this what cult entrapment is? 🙇♀️🧐
@ScrabbleBrain
Absolutely 🤗
@Amanda84 so sweetly proud of it 😂😍
@Amanda84
Strutting I see lol
@Remina
😂😂😂💜
@Remina
Oh fun question 🥰
One I have given rather alot of thought to 😁
I would explain leadership as shared responsibility, accountability, team work and no one being superior 💚
@Amanda84
So you won't take Alien Bob to your superior?
@Remina
Nope 😂 love your new profile pic 🥰
@Remina
As an Alien Leader, I would advise that they Listen to their Aliens. If the Aliens want better working conditions, meaningful work, maternity and paternity care for everyone, wholesome food, education of the little Aliens that is meaningful, connected to culture and free to all, and joyous events of Aliens singing and dancing, then I would make sure those needs are met for my Aliens, however I would have to get to that goal: setting up Alien collective and collaborative meetings, allowing Alien writings and artwork on all the topics of concern, laws to protect all the Aliens and promote peace, collaboration and co-existence with joy, Alien Joy. If it involves slaughtering and eating Humans, then I might draw the line there and ask that the Aliens find a different form of sustenance, and that they try to envision cooperation with Humans instead. Because, it is possible we can all just get along.
@Remina I would warn them to be very careful with leadership, it can be a thin line between good and evil.
@Tinywhisper11
I was hoping for a sarcastic answer but

@Remina
Assuming they're a sapient, social species (And even more if they're past hunting gathering) they probably already know what it is
If their species span their entire planet too then some variations on roles may occur as thousands of cultures are likely to arise instead of the Monolithic hive mind that Hollywood shows. We already have an example of thousands of cultures arising as a species populates all continents of their planet, and even thousands in a single continent.
@Remina
I could try to tell them what I, personally, like in a leader, or I could try to break it down into pieces or offer them some sort of advice about how to do it. I could offer how other people try to be good leaders (or bad ones, for that matter), or how I try to be a good leader. "Leadership" could look like all kinds of different things, depending upon the individuals involved. Honestly, it's not really about any of that when you get right down do it. True leadership is defined simply by people wanting and choosing to follow.
